Who we are

This website is run by Turdus Merula OÜ, registry code 16795390, Valukoja tn 8/2, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

Visiting the site

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own site. Our hosting provider, DigitalOcean, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) for security and to keep the service running.

The chat

The chat is provided by Crisp (Crisp IM SAS, France). It only loads when you click a chat button. From then on Crisp sets cookies so the conversation survives a page change, and processes what you send us: your messages and, if you give it, your name and email address. We use this only to reply to you and discuss your project, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps towards a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(f) and (b)). We keep conversations for as long as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, through the chat or by post to the address above. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
